President. Abdel-Fattah El-sisi opened the Creativa Aswan Innovation Hub via Video conference, the ceremony was attended by a number of ministers and senior statesmen, led by the Prime Minister, Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, the Minister of Communications and Information Technology Dr. Amr Talaat, the Minister of Higher Education and scientific research Prof. Khaled Abdel-Ghaffar.
His Excellency gave permission to open the Centre through the director of the Centre, Eng. Ahmed Salem.
Aswan university president Prof. Ayman Othman declared that Creativa is a scientific edifice serving Aswan youth, and it was built on the land of Aswan University based on the protocol signed between Aswan University and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. The aim of establishing the Centre within the university was to be close to the university students and graduates so that the Centre could perform the role entrusted to it in serving the youth.
It is worth mentioning that Prof. Ayman Othman has visited the Creativa Centre more than once, whereas he inspected the work in the Centre and met a group of students in it, He heard by himself the opinions of young students and graduates.
His Excellency expressed his admiration for the Centre. He promised to provide all the required support so that the Centre can perform its role in Aswan according to the plans set for it and to serve the state’s goals in development and digital transformation in light of Egypt’s future vision 2030.
