The central administration of cultural relations announces start applying for UNESCO/Japan Young Researchers’ fellowship program (UNESCO/Keizo Obuchi Research Fellowships Program) cycle 2019 he government of Japan offers 10 fellowships aiming at building the capacities of the researchers from the member countries, the scholarships focus on the research activities in post-graduate phase (after master’s) in four areas listed below:
o    Environment (with particular attention on disaster risk reduction).
o    Intercultural dialogue.
o    Information and communication technology.
o    Peaceful conflict resolution.
Scholars who fulfill all requirements and   wish to be nominated shall complete all the required documents very carefully and handed the aptitude file with employer recommendation in 31/10/2019 at the latest 1:00 PM at the national committee headquarter.
