- Digital birth certificate with the three-figure number (for males) +a copy of it.
- The candidate card.
- 10 personal photos.
- Military form number.2 for males.

- 2 copies of the national ID.
- 2 plastic portfolios.
- A plastic capsule portfolio.
- Recognition of the student (from the faculty).
- Phone numbers of the student and the parent must be written in the application.
