- To obtain a doctorate degree in law:
(A)- the student must spend 48 credit hours in conducting innovative research on a topic with practical aspects, and a review of previous studies and approved by the Council of Graduate Studies and Research based on the Faculty Council proposal for two years at least from the date of the approval of Faculty Council to register the topic.
(b)- Publishing research in one of the refereed Journals or to be publishable.
- To submit the results of his research a letter accepted by the judgment committee and to have a public discussion.
- The doctorate degree in law is granted with one of the grades shown in the following table:
