Aswan university’s council meeting NO (89) headed by prof:Ahmed Ghalab Mohamed_the university president has been held in the presence of General:Ashraf Attia _Aswan governor ,prof:Ayman Osman –the university’s vice president for postgraduate studies and researches ,and deans of faculties and the secretary general of the university. Professor Ghalab started the meeting welcoming the governor for the first time he attend the university’s council meeting, he also extended congratulation to the Christians for the new year wishing our beloved Egypt safety and stability and working on advancing development under the leadership of president Abdelfattah Alsisi ,citing the university’s role to society and serving environment.
The council reviewed Aswan University getting the first place at the level of global universities in citations, and also ranked among the best Ten Arab Universities and the second place at the level of Egyptian universities in the presidential initiative to develop slum .the council also discussed the preparations for the first semester exams of the academic year 2019/2020 to provide the adequate atmosphere for students to guarantee performing exams nice and easy.
