The central administration of cultural relations announces start applying for UNESCO\/Japan Young Researchers\u2019 fellowship program (UNESCO\/Keizo Obuchi Research Fellowships Program<\/strong><\/a>) cycle 2019 he government of Japan offers 10 fellowships aiming at building the capacities of the researchers from the member countries, the scholarships focus on the research activities in post-graduate phase (after master\u2019s) in four areas listed below:<\/h5>\n
o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Environment (with particular attention on disaster risk reduction).<\/h5>\n
o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Intercultural dialogue.<\/h5>\n
o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Information and communication technology.<\/h5>\n
o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Peaceful conflict resolution.<\/h5>\n
