{"id":661,"date":"2019-05-16T00:45:00","date_gmt":"2019-05-16T00:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/193.227.33.90\/law_en\/?page_id=661"},"modified":"2022-08-24T08:51:57","modified_gmt":"2022-08-24T08:51:57","slug":"bachelors-expatriates-students","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/law.aswu.edu.eg\/en\/bachelors-expatriates-students\/","title":{"rendered":"Expatriates students"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p><a class=\"fasc-button fasc-size-medium fasc-type-popout fasc-style-bold\" style=\"background-color: #9e3389;color: #ffffff\">Admission and Enrollment<\/a><\/p>\r\n<h5>Faculties\u2019 regulations allow the enrollment of the students who have General Secondary School Certificate from abroad, the nomination is conducted through General Administration of Foreign Student Admission (Cultural Affairs&nbsp;and Missions Sector) via their&nbsp;website.<\/h5>\r\n<h5>Faculties\u2019 regulations allow the enrollment&nbsp;of foreign students who study in Non-Egyptian universities and want to transfer to one of the university faculties according to the faculty internal regulations.<\/h5>\r\n<h1 class=\"entry-title\"><a class=\"fasc-button fasc-size-medium fasc-type-popout fasc-style-bold\" style=\"background-color: #9e3383;color: #ffffff\">Required Documents<\/a><\/h1>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><u>Undergraduate Stage:<\/u><\/span><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Original copy of the General Secondary School Certificate (notarized)<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Original&nbsp;copy of the birth certificate (notarized)<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">A copy of the passport<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">4 personal photos<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">The nomination letter of the ministry of higher education<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><u>students who want to transfer from a non-Egyptian university to Aswan University<\/u><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">The undergraduate foreign student of a&nbsp;non- Egyptian university and who want to re-enroll&nbsp;in&nbsp; Aswan university shall submit the following papers to the Foreign&nbsp;Students Administration of Aswan University:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">An application of the student\u2019s interest to transfer into Aswan university<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">4&nbsp;personal&nbsp;photos<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Original copy of the birth certificate(notarized)<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">The courses transcript (notarized)<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">An affidavit of the courses which the student has studied (notarized).<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h5><a class=\"fasc-button fasc-size-medium fasc-type-popout fasc-style-bold\" style=\"background-color: #9e3399;color: #ffffff\">Services<\/a><\/h5>\r\n<h5>Foreign Students\u2019 Administration falls within the administrative body of the administrations affiliated to the General Management of Education and Student\u2019s Affairs which has been&nbsp;developed during the University separation from South Valley University in 2012. The international student either Arabic or foreigner is representing his\/her country with his\/her creed and culture and so the university employees should take into consideration this fact when dealing with them and showing the Egyptians values as we represent the Arab Republic of Egypt for them. All administrations concerned with international students should unify to introduce a special service for attracting more students from different countries.&nbsp;<\/h5>\r\n<h5><strong>Educational Services<\/strong><\/h5>\r\n<h5>&nbsp;<\/h5>\r\n<h5><strong>Services provided by education and student\u2019s affairs sector and the faculty in which the international student enrolled:<\/strong><\/h5>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>\r\n<h5>Youth care services<\/h5>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<h5>Library Services<\/h5>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<h5>Internet services<\/h5>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<h5>Translation services<\/h5>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h5><strong>Cultural and Recreational Services&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h5>\r\n<h5>&nbsp;<\/h5>\r\n<h5><strong>Services provided by the different sectors inside and outside the faculty in which the foreign student enrolled:<\/strong><\/h5>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>\r\n<h5>&nbsp;Introducing the governorate\u2019s archaeological sites to them.<\/h5>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<h5>Scientific and research trips.<\/h5>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<h5>Conferences and seminars organized inside and outside by the university.<\/h5>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Admission and Enrollment Faculties\u2019 regulations allow the enrollment of the students who have General Secondary School Certificate from abroad, the nomination is conducted through General Administration of Foreign Student Admission (Cultural Affairs&nbsp;and Missions Sector) via their&nbsp;website.
