D"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<h2 class=\"entry-title\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Admission conditions:<\/span><\/h2>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1-The student must have bachelor\u2019s in law with(good) grade at least from one of Egyptian Universities or equivalent university or scientific institute in Egypt or outside it acknowledged by the Supreme University council, and not required (good)grade for foreigner students.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2- the student must have not been dismissed before from the graduate studies or student enrollment must have not been canceled because of failure or another reason.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3- student must be excellent in English when registering the thesis noted in item No. (2) of the article No. (31) in this regulation.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4- the student must meet the other conditions (If they are available) which the University creates according the suggestion of the faculty council.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Required documents :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bachelor degree original certificate\u201d good grade\u00a0at least\u201d<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">original master\u2019s degree certificate.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">original copy of grades document.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">copy of military statues.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6 personal photos.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Registration\u2019s\u00a0conditions:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Taking into account the conditions of the article 1\/11in this regulation, student\u2019s registration must meet these conditions:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1-the student must pass all the specialized courses and the accredited hours assessed in the article 5\/2 and 29 in this regulation.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2- English level must be 400 in TOEFL or the fifth level in French.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3-the specialized scientific department holds a seminar concerning the master\u2019s subject, and the importance, reason, study plan and aims of the master\u2019s subject are discussed.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4-the student chooses his\/her master\u2019s subject on condition that it must be among the research plan which the specialized department council approved, and the master\u2019s subject must be new and approved by the department council.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">5-one of the professors or assistant professors must agree to supervise the student\u2019s master approved by department council.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6-the student must prove that the master\u2019s subject has not been enrolled or discussed before under an approved statement from the authority that is responsible for the scientific theses.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">7-the student is allowed to make an immaterial modification any time through the duration of enrollment the thesis and before forming its judgment committee and he\/ she can make a fundamental modification on the master\u2019s subject and in this case, the modification is considered a new registration and starts a new duration for enrolling.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">8-the request of registering a master\u2019s degree is submitted to faculty dean and it is presented to the faculty council after considering the department council and the committee of the graduate studies\u2019 view.
